Eligibility
Applicant must meet all of the following requirements:
- Must be an employee, child, legal ward, or spouse of an employee who is a member in good standing with the Spokane Regional Plan Center on the date of submission of application, AND
- Intend to register or be currently attending an accredited college, university, community college, or post-secondary vocational school, AND
- Must submit their scholarship application in the format supplied (no handwritten applications) and employment verification form, by the submission deadline (April 11, 2025), AND
- Letters of recommendation (optional).
Participation in the scholarship program is based on an annual application and approval process. Immediate family of Spokane Regional Plan Center employees and Scholarship Committee Members are not eligible.

ALL APPLICATION MATERIALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY April 11, 2025. LATE OR INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

- Transcripts
- Verification of employment of parent or legal guardian
